Candela has been around for a while now but has decided to take things to the next level with their new electric-powered boat.
According to Candela, this makes it one of the best-selling premium 28ft sports boats in Europe, regardless of power source.
Although the Candela C-8 may look like a regular runabout, you can’t miss the bright red strut sticking up through a hole in the aft sunpad.
The new Candela C-POD electric drive system can be raised and lowered to reduce its draught in shallow water, but it will still keep the propeller in the water while foiling. It has an integrated T-shaped foil, too.
