At the Singapore Yachting Festival (SYF) 2025, Desaru Coast announced a new partnership with ONE°15 Marina. This deal will bring new marina facilities and sailing activities to the Desaru Coast Ferry Terminal.

Karina Ridzuan, director at Destination Resorts and Hotels, said that this collaboration shows strong ties between Johor and Singapore. It also reflects confidence in Desaru Coast as a place for investment and tourism.
The goal is to put Desaru Coast on the world map for yachting. With the new marina, the area is ready to welcome boat owners, yacht clubs, and sailing fans from around the globe.
Arthur Tay, CEO of SUTL Enterprise (the group behind ONE°15 Marina), shared his excitement. He said this new location will bring fresh experiences for their growing community of boaters across Asia.
The announcement was made at SYF 2025, and guests also got a sneak peek at the upcoming Ombak Festival 2025. This festival celebrates music, arts, and culture and happens every year at Desaru Coast. Now, with the marina launch, the event promises to be even more special.
