Did you say BANANA?


You guessed it right! One of the most unusual nautical superstitions that still persists today is that bananas are bad luck to bring aboard a ship, especially a fishing vessel.


Bananas have long been considered to be unlucky items to bring onboard. Some fishers take this superstition so seriously that they won't even allow Banana Boat sunscreen onboard!
