We are seeking two dynamic Boat Broker Partners to join our expanding team. One position is based in Singapore, and the other is open to candidates from anywhere with Asia/Singapore market experience.
-Key Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of yacht brokerage experience
• Client-centric mindset, prioritizing service over sales
• Interest in Digital Boat Brokerage
• Tech-savvy, capable of running BASCO Boat Guru Portal (BBGP) from mobile devices
• Attention to detail and willingness to follow procedures
-What BASCO Provides:
• BASCO Boat Guru Portal for remote business management
• 20 boats for sale (50% exclusive listings)
• Back-office support: listings executive, marketing, documentation, leads, buyers, tech & platform
-Each Month BASCO Provides:
• Minimum of 10 buyer leads
• 10 seller leads
• Minimum of 60 searcher enquiries
• Access to all 200+ enquiries received each month
-Broker Responsibilities:
• Complete 6 calls per day (120 per month)
• List 10 boats per month
• Photograph 10 boats for virtual tours (5 x 1 click photos per boat)
• Conduct 20 boat viewings per month (virtual & physical)
• Sell 2-4 boats per month
-Compensation: Commission only.
