The first half of 2025 alone will witness these deliveries, highlighting the company’s success under new management. The global demand for eco-conscious yachts continues to rise, and Silent Yachts is ready to meet it head-on.

Silent Yachts is set for an extraordinary 2025, following a remarkable 2024 that saw groundbreaking advancements in solar-powered yachting. The company is ramping up production and unveiling new models, solidifying its position as a leader in sustainable luxury boating.

After delivering six solar-electric 62-foot catamarans in 2024, Silent Yachts plans to increase production by 50% in 2025. The Italian shipyard in Fano is operating at full capacity, with seven yachts already in advanced fit-out stages.

The first half of 2025 alone will witness these deliveries, highlighting the company’s success under new management. The global demand for eco-conscious yachts continues to rise, and Silent Yachts is ready to meet it head-on.

Since March 2024, Silent Yachts has transformed its shipbuilding approach, shifting from traditional linear construction to an efficient modular system. This change allows different yacht components to be built simultaneously, enhancing both speed and quality. "We have restructured from the ground up," says CEO Fabrizio Iarrera. "With our new modular system, we now produce one yacht per month, significantly increasing efficiency."

The results speak for themselves. In 2024, Silent Yachts introduced the triple-deck solar-powered SY62 catamaran, which debuted at the Cannes Yachting Festival to critical acclaim. The positive response translated into strong sales, fueling further innovation for the year ahead.

Beyond production, Silent Yachts has been making strategic moves to increase its global footprint. The company attended prestigious boat shows worldwide, including the Venice Boat Show, the Cannes Yachting Festival—where it won the "Most Efficient Yacht" award—and the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show.

Recognizing the growing demand in the U.S. market, Silent Yachts opened a new commercial office at Fort Lauderdale’s Safe Harbor Marine Center. This facility not only enhances sales outreach but also strengthens after-sales services, offering American customers better accessibility and support.

Another major milestone of 2024 was the launch of the Silent Yachts charter network. This initiative allows customers to experience the brand’s silent, emission-free cruising firsthand. With yachts available in the Caribbean and Western Mediterranean, the charter network is expected to expand further in 2025, offering more opportunities to enjoy sustainable luxury yachting.

Exciting Developments in 2025

Silent Yachts wrapped up 2024 with a 10-day sea trial program in the Bahamas, showcasing the exceptional capabilities of its fleet. Looking ahead, the company is preparing for several high-profile events and product launches in 2025:

  • The Palm Beach International Boat Show (March 19-23) will feature the SY62 3-Deck Open.

  • The Singapore Yachting Festival (April 10-13) will mark the debut of the SY62 3-Deck Closed, offering a fully enclosed upper deck with panoramic views.

  • The highly anticipated SY80 flagship model is set to make its debut in the summer of 2025.

  • A new collaboration with renowned superyacht designer Nuvolari Lenard is in the works, with a new 70-footer expected to launch in 2026.

"2024 was a turning point, and 2025 is set to be even bigger," says Iarrera. "We are especially excited about the debut of the SY62 3-Deck Closed, as well as the upcoming SY80. With continued innovation and a strong global presence, we are shaping the future of sustainable yachting."

With a dynamic production strategy, global expansion, and groundbreaking new models, Silent Yachts is positioned for a stellar 2025. The future of luxury yachting is silent, sustainable, and brighter than ever.
